Rehome | From One Loving Family to Another

Good morning, we’re needing help trying to rehome our 2 year old Akita mix. He’s fully vaccinated and neutered.

We adopted Duke from our local animal shelter in Feb 2024. We have two young children and he is a very active dog, so unfortunately he requires too much attention than what we can give him right now. He is a very sweet dog, and has been wonderful with my children. He is not good with other dogs, but I believe he can be trained out of that behavior with an experienced adopter. He requires daily exercise or he can be destructive. He does well in a crate, and he can use a doggy door.

Duke is a happy, loving boy who only wants love, snuggles, and play time. I know he would be an incredible pet for someone who can give him the time and attention he deserves.
