Elderly parent needs help finding a new home for dog

My mother-in-law moved to an assisted living home recently and is unable to care for her dog. We have tried to help her with this but it has become too much as we have other elderly parents, teenagers we are raising, and very busy schedules, Additionally, we have a Yorkie that constantly tries to attack Cash(my mother-in-law's dog) Unfortunately, our Yorkie is very aggressive when it comes to other dogs. Cash is a very sweet dog. He is up to date on all shots, and we can provide his veterinarian records. He is a long-haired dachshund. and is about 12 years old. I have checked with relatives and have been unable to find someone willing to take him in. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time,
