Welcome to rehomewithlove.com, a service operated by Joyful Pets, Inc. ("Joyful Pets," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging Joyful Pets for rehoming services, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and the Pet Rehoming Service Agreement (if applicable). If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the website or services.

1. Who May Use Our Services
You must be 18 years or older (or have permission from a legal guardian) to use this website or our services. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. What We Do
Joyful Pets provides pet marketing, matchmaking, and rehoming guidance. We are not a shelter, rescue, or legal guardian. We do not:

• House pets

• Assume legal custody

• Make final adoption decisions

Rehoming is facilitated between current and new pet guardians, with supportive guidance from our team. No fees are exchanged between the parties involved in the adoption. All financial transactions are solely related to optional service packages provided by Joyful Pets to assist with the rehoming process.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Keep account details current and secure

• Use the site respectfully and lawfully

• Sign a Pet Rehoming Service Agreement if using our paid services

• Communicate civilly and respond promptly

You may not:

• Resell content or extract data commercially

• Misrepresent your identity or upload false or harmful content

• Upload bots, malware, or offensive materials

4. Content Ownership and Use
You retain ownership of the content you submit (including pet photos, videos, bios, and related materials). By providing this content, you grant Joyful Pets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use, edit, reproduce, and distribute it

• Share it via our website, social media, email, and advertising

• Feature it in educational and promotional materials

• Present it to potential adopters, rescue partners, veterinarians, and transport providers

This license supports the rehoming process and broader awareness of our mission.

5. Service Limitations & Disclaimer
Joyful Pets:

• Does not guarantee adoptions or timelines

• Does not verify all user-provided content

• Is not liable for outcomes after rehoming

• Offers services “as is” with no refunds after the initial consultation

6. Pet Rehoming Service Agreement
Clients purchasing service packages must sign a Pet Rehoming Service Agreement, which outlines:

• Guardian transfer terms

• Required health and behavior disclosures

• Contingency planning and liability releases

• A 3-month post-adoption check-in expectation

7. Privacy and Data Use
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal and pet-related data. By using our services, you consent to this data use.

8. Paid Service Options
All fees are one-time, paid upfront, and non-refundable after the initial consultation. No fees are ever exchanged between pet guardians and adopters.

• Courtesy Listing ($0): Foundational visibility with basic guidance for independent rehoming. Upgrades available for added support.

  Essential Placement ($195): Custom bio, flyer, and video; listed on major platforms; promoted on three social channels. Includes inquiry and applicant management.

  Full-Service Placement ($295): Enhanced rehoming support with a professionally crafted profile, full promotion, and ongoing updates.

  Priority Placement ($395): Full-Service benefits plus targeted ads, broader outreach, and increased visibility for faster connections.

  Senior Pet Rehoming ($395): Tailored outreach and low-stress planning for older pets, honoring their comfort and unique needs.

  Tailored Placement ($495): Specialized support for pets with behavioral, medical, or environmental needs, including expert-guided matching.

Note: Placement services for pets with a bite history were discontinued as of July 15, 2025. These cases are referred to behavior specialists for consultation.

9. Client Participation
Clients agree to:

• Schedule a consultation within one week of signing up

• Provide truthful health and behavior details

• Ensure pets are vaccinated and spayed/neutered

• Respond to communications within 48 hours

• Upload clear media and vet records

• Assist with meet-and-greets and paperwork

10. Campaign Tracking and Data Sync

• Updates are provided after two weeks of promotion.

• Adoption video clips must be submitted within 10 days.

• Once the “final call” for footage is issued and the video is produced, any additional content received will be shared on only one platform. This helps ensure efficient scheduling and fairness across all client campaigns.

• Platform may sync data via third-party APIs; accuracy may vary

• Adopter interest is shared within 24 hours

11. Adoption Agreement
Adoptions are finalized through an agreement that:

• Transfers guardianship

• Outlines care responsibilities and contingency plans

• Prohibits surrender to shelters without reconsulting Joyful Pets

• Confirms that no adoption fees are exchanged between the current and new pet guardians

12. Termination Policy
You or Joyful Pets may end services with 7 days' written notice. No refunds will be issued after the consultation is complete.

13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to jury trials or class actions.

14. Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, with jurisdiction in Massachusetts, where Joyful Pets operates.
