Neo

Neo was rescued from a horse ranch as a kitten, and I have been fostering him for the past two years or so. But I am unable to keep him any longer. He is a beautiful, friendly cat and has been in a home with dogs. Neo's only issue is he does occasionally pee outside his litter box, which I believe has more to do with the dogs in the house than anything else. He's been checked by the vet and has no health issues, but he may be better in a home with no dogs. I have been walking him outside on a harness for about a year now with the dogs. He loves to be outside, and due to the peeing, I have just recently started to let him outside, but as a cat's nature, he is catching little critters in our backyard, which is upsetting to the family.
