In desperate need of finding a home for this sweet guy. This dog was near death in the woods, and my father nursed him back to health. He planned on finding him a good home but unfortunately, my father had a massive stroke and could not care for him. I temporarily took him in to avoid him going to animal control or the humane society. This dog is very sweet; he walks on three legs but is fast as lightning. The vet said his leg is fine, but he will probably always have his paw up. please help find him a good home, or any suggestions would be most appreciated. He tested positive for heartworms but just completed a month of treatment. He does well with other happy dogs and has never been aggressive with people.
