Kergan

Kergan is a sweet and energetic 5 year old rescue who recently moved here from the island of Kauai. He was rescued there by the Kauai Humane Society and lived there for several months before coming to the mainland in August. When he arrived, he was still on anti-anxiety medication that he was taking to be able to cope with the shelter lifestyle. Since living here at our house, we have been able to ween him off of that medication. We also discovered that he had never been house trained. We have made great progress, but it is important that he has someone that is patient and willing to continue the house training. He loves to run and be active. He plays well with other dogs and he is so gentle and sweet with people. He is not good with cats and would be best matched with a cat-free home. This is the primary reason we are hoping to find Kergan a new home. If you think Kergan might be a great fit for your family, please reach out! I would love to chat and answer any questions.
