Benny is looking for a Loving Family to Welcome Him

Benedict is an extremely loving 1.5-year-old cat who was abandoned outside an apartment building. He was taken in and has spent the past 6 months indoors enjoying tons of playtime, snuggles, and of course food. Benedict is very shy at first with people he doesn't know, but once he feels comfortable he will always make himself the center of attention.

He dislikes being hugged and picked up (unless it's a football carry, for some reason). When he's in a loving mood he will always make an effort to demand pets or lay on top of you then make biscuits. If he is really happy, he might drool a little!

Benedict also loves to play. At first he seemed shy but the more he opens up, the more energy he has. Playtime is a must to keep his energy levels in check. Unfortunately, he doesn't play well with other cats, and would not make a good second pet.

His time outdoors has made him a bit food crazy and he will go out of his way to find snacks throughout your kitchen. Whenever we want to cook or eat we typically put him in a bedroom or bathroom, and give him a treat or a bowl of food when we open the door. Because of this training he doesn't mind patiently waiting for his turn to eat!

Expect a cat that will always show gratitude for giving him a home, and demands a spot to snuggle on the bed.
