Balto is about 6.5 months old. We are rehoming him because my other dog has become very passive aggressive towards Balto and it doesn’t seem to be changing even with a trainer coming in. Balto is more dominant but I wouldn’t say he is aggressive I think it’s just behaviors that are associated with his breed. My other dog will not eat or go outside most of the time. I have to keep the two separate a lot. They play but my other dog will start showing his teeth and Balto doesn’t quite understand what the means and keeps trying to play. Balto likes to play and a different way if that makes sense and my other dog doesn’t like it and lets him knowI feel Balto deserves better and with being a younger dog I am trying to get home better home now. I don’t feel it’s fair to keep trying to make this work when he could have a home that can do better and maybe has a dog and owner that is at his level. He is a good boy and would make a great addition to a family or individual who has the patience and love to give him. Experience with huskies would be ideal. He would be a loyal dog. He just has some things to work on and he would be an awesome pet. We hope to find him the forever home that is best for him. He is not yet neutered, we were told it could make him more aggressive to my other dog so we postponed because of the nature of their interactions.
