Zippy

Zippy is a 10 year old small terrier mix who is cute, smart, and loves a lap to lie on. He gets excited about mealtime (and squeaks his favorite toy to show that), likes his little neighborhood walks and loves sleeping in your bed with you. He's not much for playing but he is older now and deserves to just chew on his fuzzy toys and relax. He is loyal and loving and will be your best friend. He will sit up and look at you to gently remind you that you have somehow forgotten his after dinner treat or to let you know he needs to go outside. This is a "trick" he invented on his own.
Zippy easily becomes friends with adults and would be best suited to a home with older adults (to spoil him of course) with no children and no other pets. Actually, other dogs can be kind of scary to him because he thinks he's a person and not a dog!
