Jaxon

Happy Chihuahua Mix with Aggression Problems

Hello, this is really hard for me to write because I love my Jaxon boy, but I feel that someone else could give him a better life. Jaxon is very energetic, and loving to humans and has a great little personality. Unfortunately, Jaxon also struggles with resource guarding and biting. I got him from a rescue about 5 years ago and his aggression problems are becoming ones I am not equipped to deal with.
Rehoming him is a last resort as we got him fully e-collar trained and have tried calming medicines to help with his aggression. He would be best in a home with no children, and no other dogs. He is a sweet sweet boy if his triggers can be avoided. I really would like to give him a second chance as I believe he would thrive being the only dog in a home.
