Ragnar and Lagertha

Our TWO wonderful ferrets Ragnar (male, 3.2lbs) and Lagertha (female, 1.2lbs) booth soon to be 1 YEAR OLD, are looking for a new home.

Both of them are MARSHALL FERRETS and therefore very loving. Lagertha does seem to be a very ANXIOUS ferret. It takes a bit longer for her to warm up to people but when she does you can expect many kisses from her. She is very PLAYFUL. Somehow she BITES us randomly, especially during play time. I make sure to cover my hand with some fabric when I play with her. We are still teaching her not to bite.

Ragnar on the other side never bites and likes to lick your whole face, neck and arms endlessly. He is very AFFECTIONATE. He is a LAZY boy and on the HEAVIER side. The only thing that upsets him are squeaky toys. NEVER USE A SQUEAKY TOY in his presence or he WILL bite you hard. Unfortunately we had to learn this lesson.

We have a lot of extra food, litter, potty pads, toys, beds, etc. We do not have a cage but a ferret proof gate for the door and a big play pen as well as a travel carrier.

We are looking preferably for owners that have SOME EXPERIENCE WITH FERRETS, do NOT HAVE CHILDREN UNDER 5 years old and are NOT EXPECTING in the near future. Ferrets are very HIGH MAINTENANCE and can possibly HARM CHILDREN and other PETS, especially hamsters, birds, etc.

Rehome fee is $150 for both of them together.
