She is so loving and constantly happy. So willing to please and always wants to make sure I'm happy too.

The right adoptive person or family for Rosie is one that is prepared to give her all the love and attention she deserves. They would understand she is an active girl and needs lots of time to run out her energy outdoors whether on walks or in a yard. She is great at playing fetch.
