Max

Max is a 12-year-old American Terrier. He has lived with us for the past 11 years, but due to my dad being diagnosed with terminal Glioblastoma brain cancer, he can no longer live with us. He is currently being cared for by our kind neighbor. Max is happy, kind, and gets along easily with people including kids and other dogs. He loves outdoor walks more than anything, bathing in the sunlight, and observing happenings through the windows. He isn't a big toy lover he would much rather play chase instead. He has never shown any acts of aggression even at vet visits. Max is fully up to date with all his vaccinations and heartworm medicine and has visited the vet recently. He also knows basic commands like sit and speak, but my favorite is "high five". He is very quiet and rarely barks unless told to. He needs a loving home where someone will be around to give him attention. If possible I would also like to keep in touch with his new owners just to stay updated on his well-being.
