Mowgli

He was found roaming the streets and has been with us since. He has basic obedience skills and good leash manners. We are working with him on leash reactivity with dogs and new skills such as leave it and go to bed. He is a German- Shepherd Mix but we’ll know more once his breed test comes in. He loves car rides, hikes, chasing squirrels, and cuddling. He has a mellow personality with bursts of energy.

Due to his past, Mowgli needs an experienced handler who will continue his training to allow him to be the best dog ever. He is prone to running away and skittish at times but he remains resilient and adapts quickly. He will do best in a home with access to a big fenced yard and the indoors. The perfect owner will have the time, energy, motivation, patience, care, and love to take on Mowgli in his new adventure.
