I am unfortunately needing to rehome Charlie. When I first adopted him, I was told he was shy but once I got him I was able to see it was much more than that. Sadly, I am unable to financially provide the support and proper help he needs. Charlie has a lot of anxiety and can be skittish. This beautiful boy requires lots of patience, love, and may need some sort of medical care for his anxiety. He is very sweet once comfortable and does great with other dogs/animals. He seems to loosen up when from time to time but then takes a few steps back in his progress. He would do great with someone/family with a yard to run around in.
