Rhea

Rhea was found wandering in the snow, lethargic and skinny in a rural mountain town. To avoid her being shuttled to the nearest shelter, we took her in. As much as I would love to keep sweet girl, she is not a good fit for our household. My boyfriend is allergic to dogs! Rhea has been handled with care since we met her, and is currently undergoing heartworm treatment that we will provide paid for, but she is full of energy and very alert. She also has a spay scheduled and paid for. Rhea is amazingly smart, and given the right amount of patient can learn amazingly fast. Her resilience, after all she has been through, is astounding! She’s a cuddly dog as well and deserves a person that can be as patient and loving to her as she is to her person.
