I have two male kittens!
They were found on the property about six months apart. But I believe they are the kittens of the same feral mother cat that lives under a shed on the property. Due to roaming dog packs and the fact that we have a lot of natural predators in the Mohave Desert of Lucerne Valley in Southern California (Bobcat, Mountain Lions, Coyotes,Golden Eagle, Ravens, California Condor, Large Snakes) she's only able to have one kitten survive each time she has them. I can't catch her. But they are easy, as I set up barriers and food and toys and they always fall for my traps. I sneak over while they are occupied playing or eating and scruff them without any trouble. Mom is the most beautiful short haired Snowshoe Siamese looking cat with the most beautiful blue eyes I have ever seen. And she will come right up to you. But when you bend down to pet her she quickly darts away. She will let me help her if she's injured. She let's me spray her with wound cote. She's been injured once by dogs and shot. The kittens have been wormed, the older male is about 9 months now. The baby closer to two, Guapo has been neutered. Tiny will be neutered in about another month.
