Apollo

Seeking Loving Home for Sweet & Licky Terrier Mix

Apollo is a sweet 10 year old terrier mix. Despite his age, he still acts like a puppy with lots of life left in him. He can be a bit stubborn sometimes and we sometimes think he has “selective hearing”. But once he trusts / bonds with you, he will hang on to your every word and follow you everywhere. He is an “escape artist” so when left outside, he will need to be on a leash or be in an area with fences. He has always come back every time he has gotten out. Apollo loves to involve himself in any possible situation and he is very good at keeping tabs on everything that goes on in the house. When he is not on “guard”, he likes to play with his toys and take lots of naps. When he goes to the dog park, he loves to sniff and pee on everything possible. The decision to rehome him, due to my mom not being able to care for him properly, has not been made lightly because he has been a wonderful addition to our family for 10 years. He was many more years of living to do and we hope the right family can give that to him.
