Need to rehome because of my living situation

I am a college student here in Lubbock, TX. I recently moved to a house that doesn’t allow pets and it saddens me to say but I need to find my dog a new loving home.

If so, could you please share some details about the situation?: Bruiser growled at strangers and nipped at my roommate out of no where, but there was a stranger fixing our AC at the time being. So we think he got overwhelmed or scared.
How does your dog react to being left alone for short periods?: He’s fine if he’s in his kennel. He might cry a little bit but he’ll settle down after awhile.
Are there any specific triggers that cause your dog anxiety or stress?: A lot of people in the house or apartment at one time and a stranger putting him in his kennel.
Is there a particular routine that works best for your dog in terms of feeding, walking, and sleep?: Wake up at 7:30am feed him, let him outside for like 20min. Hang with him during the day. Let him out regularly. He can be in his kennel for 4-5 hours at one time. Feed him at 6:30-7pm and let him out right after that. Then put him in his kennel at around midnight or whenever you go to bed.
