Re-homing Aggressive Cat

Looking to rehome my cat, Cali. She has behavioral issues. She’s very aggressive towards people & other animals. I have tried everything in the book to help her, I hate to see her go. I can’t take care of her anymore. She would be good as the only animal. She can be very loving, but once it comes to others she starts to lash out unprovoked. She loves to be outdoors, perfect for a farm.
