Rehoming Beloved 6 years dog

Hi,

I hope you’re doing well.
My name is Natassha, I’m reaching out to see if you guys can help me to spread out words to rehome my dog.
I adopted her 6 years ago from Best Friends soho, NY and it’s absolutely breaking my heart that I have to part with her due to a financial hardship.

I would love to rehome her to a loving and stable home, ideally a family and has a yard, preferably in the city/somewhere not far from New York so I can still visit her or dog sit for her occasionally. An experienced dog owner is preferred. Someone who is a homebody.

About my lovely Salem:

Salem is 6 years old mixed breed rescued and she’s about 63lbs. Her birthday is 08/26/2018

Personalities:

She is very friendly. She loves to play, walk, and run.
She has severe separation anxiety, so she couldn’t be left alone. I occasionally give her anxiety meds when I do have to go outside.
She loves walking long walks.
She loves snows, not very good in warm weather.
She LOVES people.
She MUST BE THE ONLY animal in the house.
She is food-motivated. She loves any kinds of food including carrots, paprika, mango, eggs, especially yogurt!
She loves to try to eat flying insects!
She chases squirrels and lizards.
She's afraid of big trucks, fireworks, and thunder.
She's house-trained and leash-trained.
Avoid big dogs on walks until you get to know her quirks!
Very curious! Loves to smell stuff!

Her diet:
Contains kibbles and cooked ground beef with carrots with some salmon supplements.

Midnight snacks, dehydrated chicken feet / duck feet.

I will provide dog beds, all her winter clothings, leashes.
I will provide list of anxiety meds and our current vet.

Your help is greatly appreciated! Looking forward hearing from you.
