Meet Manny, he is a 16 month old purebred pocket american bully.
He is very social with family, but he needs time to acclimate meeting other people and new situations.
He is selective about dog friends so its best that he be the only pet in the home.
A sweet and gentle boy that loves to please.
He young so he still gets the zoomies and he wants to play and run, that's why he needs a backyard to call his own, after a bit of playing and that energy is released hes very calm and ready to go relax and watch his favorite youtube videos on tv of dogs, squirrels, birds or farm animals.
He is treat motivated when training. As with most dogs he can always benefit from continued training so he may get better at all commands. Hes still young and will learn so much more.
He enjoys his going on walks, and has great leash manners.
He is house broken.
Hes never been crate trained bc a baby doorway gate is used if he needed to be confined to a room, otherwise he has run of the house.
He will bark if he feels something is not right around the property.
He enjoys cuddling and being petted and all that good stuff.
He loves Kongs filled with almond butter. He does best with tough rubbery toys because hes a super chewer. Stuffed toys will wind up in the toy graveyard, so no to stuffies.
He will tolerate a bath, but be ready to get wet. He allows nail clipping. He enjoys being brushed and being cleaned with wipes. He doesn't require much grooming because his coat is short and soft.
His ideal owner will give him time to adapt to his new home, offer him plenty of love and consistent training.
