ISO a love connection
I'm a handsome young man (or so I've been told) ISO my next adventure buddy. Please read more about me and get in touch if you think we might make a great match.
I came from humble beginnings as one of 14 brothers and sisters. Mom's a pit mix, and Dad's a husky (I take after Dad.) As you can imagine, it was crowded around our dinner table. My new Mom came along when I was just 8 weeks old and gave me a good start in life. My Mom is a bit older and having some issues that make it hard for her to take care of me. I don't think she was prepared for me to be around 60 pounds at 11 months but I think I'm about done growing. Maybe she fed me too well, lol.
So now it's time for me to enter a new stage of life with a new family. Being a teenager, I'm still working out a few things in how best to get along in the world. Mom works with positive reinforcement training to tune up my skills and manners. With the right guidance, I know I will be a great adventure companion. I love cuddles and kisses, I love going on "sniffy" walks, wading in creeks, play dates, etc. I enjoy playing with 1 or 2 other dogs but can get over-excited at the dog park. I live with a small foster sister and while we get along, she just doesn't enjoy puppy games, sigh. I'm healthy and am up-to-date on my preventative care. I've even had a surgery recently, I was told it was to remove some equipment I don't really need and will be healthier and healthier without. Whew, I'm glad they got that taken care of.
Well, enough about me. I'm hanging out with Mom and hoping to hear from you soon so I can learn more about you and start my new life.
Thanks, Smokey
