Eloise / Ellie - Adorable, Active and Smart in need of active family
Ellie is a 9 month old shepherd mix who loves to chase balls and play with her brother. We got her from a kill shelter at 3 months old. She is fixed and up to date on all shots. She loves belly rubs and head scratches and wants to be wherever you are.
Ellie would do better with an active family and room outside to run around and wear herself out. She’s smart but also likes to pretend she doesn’t understand your commands. Trust me, she knows!
With some time and minimal work, I bet she would be a great companion on hikes or runs and to the beach. She’s got so much potential that I’m wasting. I’m not a good fit for her and I feel like I’m failing her but we are not an active family.
