Taylor

Rehoming Border Collie Mix (9yr old female, spayed)

Taylor is a sweet 9-year-old, 27lb, border collie mix that I adopted at 7 weeks old. She's up to date on all shots. She's playful, well-behaved, crate-trained (currently spends evenings in crate and when at work), and walks fairly well on-leash. She will bark at other dogs but is timid and would much rather be with people than with other dogs at a dog park (though if you have a dog they may get along ok). She tolerates cats and mostly leaves them to themselves. She enjoys walks and hikes (she's good both on and off leash, unless there are deer, then she may chase them) and chasing sticks. She prefers to play keep-away vs. fetch. She is happy to chill on a couch or pet bed or cuddle with you if you're ok with that. She needs more love, attention, and time than we can provide. Has allergies to beef/chicken/pork (I believe) so is fed salmon-based food such as Kirkland brand or Purina One etc. Small rehoming fee applies, but can send you home with food, flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention, toys, leash, bowls, etc!
