Thatcher

Meet Thatcher, the gentle giant!
Thatcher is a 10 month old Great Pyrenees puppy who has been with our family from 6 weeks old. He is the sweetest smartest dog I’ve ever had and I love him dearly. There are however some major practical considerations when adopting. Ask me how I know. For one, he is 100 lbs now and is still a puppy so he needs some space to run. He is good with other dogs, large and small and non aggressive with cats- but he will chase and our boys hate that. We have worked with him on some training but he definitely still has a way to go in some areas. Luckily he caught on to potty training right away and hasn’t had an accident in many months. He knows (and will usually comply with) sit, come, and down. The excited jumping needs a lot of work still as does chewing and walking on a leash.
We love our boy dearly and hate to let him go but life circumstances have put us in a place where he isn’t living his best life, and he deserves to.
