If so, could you please share some details about the situation?: Yes, he has bit my son twice, both times when he was startled. He has also snapped at a few other people and has shown aggression towards certain dogs.

Are there any specific triggers that cause your dog anxiety or stress?: He has a lot of anxiety around loud noises, busy areas, and certain types of dogs. He also gets some separation anxiety (not so much at home). He rides in a crate in the car but otherwise does not do well on car rides.

Is there a particular routine that works best for your dog in terms of feeding, walking, and sleep?: It is best to walk him first thing in the morning; and again later in the day. He eats twice a day, breakfast and dinner.

How is your dog with other dogs?: Aggressive: Does not get along with other dogs and may show aggressive behavior.

What's the most endearing thing about your dog?: He loves to cuddle and will be a loyal companion for the right person.

What criteria are important to you when considering an adoptive family or home for your pet?: Tucker would do best in a home with no other pets and no children. I would love for him to find a new home that can provide love, structure, and attention. He really is a sweet boy, he is just triggered by certain animals and situations. He should have a fenced yard.

Is there anything else you'd like your pet's new family to know?: I don't know that I would consider Tucker an "aggressive" dog, but more so an unpredictable one. He has had a few incidents with people and dogs, but does well with adults once he knows them. He is protective of his family and nervous, but really he just wants to be loved.

Why are you rehoming your pet (primary reason)?: Pet Behavior

Rehoming reason details (if necessary): I think Tucker would thrive in another environment without children and where he can be provided with attention, consistency, and structure.
