Cookie searching for forever home
Hi my name is Cookie. I am a 2 years old Old English Sheepdog. My birthday is May 28th. I am not spayed and up to date on all my vaccines. I love people and can warm up to other animals, just need more time than some dogs. I would love a home with a fenced yard so I can have the freedom of running around (I’ve got lots of energy to play. I have had many homes in the last couple years. My first home no longer wanted a dog. My foster mom took me in and shaved the matting out of fur to bring me to my second home. I loved it there but she did not have enough time for me. I am ready for a forever home and a family each to accommodate a dog like me. Sheepdogs can be considered high maintenance dog breeds, I require daily brushing and grooming to maintain my coat and cute look. I do have some special needs as well. I did not come to my foster mom with any veterinary records or known previous care. My lab work indicates kidney disease, meaning it is highly encouraged for annual to biannual veterinary care and a yummy special diet. I need someone willing to share their home and provide me a perfect loving forever home. While I do have a little bit of extra baggage than most puppies or young dogs, I am full of love and have so much affection to give
