Millie

Meet Millie, a fun-loving and spirited four-and-a-half-year-old American Staffordshire/Pitbull Terrier mix from San Diego, CA. This gorgeous girl weighs around 50 pounds and is full of personality and affection. With her sleek gray-blue coat and adorable white chest and paws, Millie turns heads wherever she goes! But it’s her playful heart and love for cuddles that truly make her special.

Millie is a high-energy girl who thrives in an active environment. She absolutely loves playing tug of war, tearing apart boxes, and carrying her ball or frisbee around—though don’t expect her to fetch! She’s also a big fan of car rides… as long as it’s not raining (those windshield wipers are a bit too much for her). When her physical needs are met, Millie is calm and content, but if she misses her daily dose of exercise, she may get a little rowdy to entertain herself.

Millie knows the "sit" command and is very food-motivated, which makes her a great candidate for further training. She’s house-trained as long as she’s on a consistent potty schedule. Millie’s ideal home would have a fenced yard where she can stretch her legs and burn off energy!

She’s a total sweetheart with cats but would do best as the only dog in the home since she prefers her space during mealtime and isn’t confident around other dogs. Millie has a strong personality—she’s a little stubborn at times—but she’ll melt right into your arms for snuggles! She’s great with adults but not suitable for a home with children, as she plays a bit rough and can get overexcited.

Health-wise, Millie experiences some skin sensitivity that’s manageable with routine care. She’s spayed, microchipped, and ready for her next chapter in life! Millie thrives with an experienced, patient adopter who provides structure, training, and plenty of love.

Could Millie be the energetic, affectionate companion you’ve been waiting for? Reach out today to meet her and discover just how much love she has to give!
