Rocky

We got Rocky in January 2024 from a local rescue. His estimated birthday is 05/10/2023 so he is almost 2 years old.

Rocky is a very sweet boy. He would need a family that is active and has the time to give him the attention he needs. Rocky is hyper as he’s still a puppy and needs to be taken on long walks and preferably have other dogs his size/energy level to play with in a large backyard. He loves toys but primarily loves to get attention from his humans. NO history of aggression.

Unfortunately, Rocky gets carsick. We have tried Benadryl, Cerenia, Trazadone, holding off food and nothing seems to work for him. So we would want him to be with a family that doesn’t need to travel with him much. He also does not like being alone.

Rocky is well trained. He knows the following commands: heel, sit, stand, paw, place, down, go lay down. He is also house broken.

Rocky does not have any medical issues. Shortly after we adopted him, we found out he had ringworm but was placed on treatment immediately and now takes Nexgard once a month for preventative measures. His shots are all up to date as well.

We are heartbroken that we have to give him up but we have been unable to give him the life he deserves.
