Luna

Meet Luna, a stunning five-and-a-half-year-old Siberian Husky from San Marcos, CA, whose icy blue eyes and playful spirit will instantly capture your heart! With her soft gray and white coat and athletic 50-pound frame, Luna is not only beautiful—she’s full of energy, smarts, and love.

This vibrant girl thrives on activity and affection. Luna absolutely lives for running and chasing after her ball, and she’d be over the moon with a family who enjoys outdoor adventures, jogs, or backyard play sessions! She knows a handful of commands like “sit,” “stay,” “paw,” and “down,” and though she hasn’t had formal training, her intelligence and eagerness to connect make her a great candidate for positive reinforcement learning.

Luna is crate-trained, house-trained, and current on all her vaccinations. She’s microchipped and healthy, with minimal grooming needs aside from the occasional brushing to keep her thick coat looking its best. While she’s used to eating once a day and prefers to run off some energy, she’s also very content curling up afterward for some chill time with her humans.

Described as “mouthy,” Luna shows classic Husky traits—she's vocal, expressive, and loves to “talk” to her people. It’s part of her charm! She's also incredibly loving and will shower her humans with affection. Her sensitivity means she’s not a fan of being alone for long stretches, so she would flourish with someone who is home often or has a flexible schedule.

Luna hasn’t had much interaction with other dogs or cats, so a meet-and-greet would be important to see how she adjusts if another pet is in the picture. Ideally, she’d join an active individual or family who has time for daily exercise and the desire to bond with a playful, devoted companion.

With her athleticism, her gentle heart, and her signature Husky “woo-woo,” could Luna be the perfect match for your next great adventure?
