Blueberry

Meet Blueberry, a loving and lively one-and-a-half-year-old Australian Shepherd from Converse, TX, whose gentle soul and unique personality are ready to bloom in her next home!

With her soft black coat, white chest, and adorable tan paws, Blueberry is a striking young pup who charms everyone she meets—especially when she rubs up against you like a cat asking for love. Weighing around 32 pounds, she’s a medium-sized sweetheart with a big personality and an even bigger heart.

Blueberry thrives on play and connection. She’s happiest when she’s running in the yard, chasing her favorite humans in a game of tag, or giving out kisses on command. She’s already mastered several cues, including “sit,” “stand,” “wait,” “drop,” and, of course, “kisses.” She’s crate trained, house-trained, and does great when left alone for short periods.

She’s wonderful with older dogs and especially gentle with children. In her current home, she hasn’t been a match with one younger dog, leading to tension between them. However, she’s done well with older canine companions and hasn’t had issues with people. With her affectionate and calm nature, she would likely thrive as the only dog or in a home with another calm, mature pup where her boundaries are respected.

She doesn’t enjoy fireworks or loud noises, but aside from that, she’s confident and adaptable—especially when given consistent walks, regular meals, and a fenced yard where she can run and burn off her natural Aussie energy! Blueberry is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and in excellent health. Her grooming needs are manageable with biweekly brushing, and she’s great about dental care too.

Blueberry is more than a pet—she’s a loving companion looking for her next home that understands her needs, honors her gentle spirit, and can offer her a peaceful, structured environment where she can thrive.
