Found Husky

Meet this stunning young Husky from Riverside, CA, whose bold spirit, boundless energy, and playful heart are as big as her beautiful, fluffy black-and-tan coat! This athletic girl is on the lookout for an active, experienced couple who can keep up with her zoomies and shower her with love.

Found wandering the neighborhood with a too-small collar and no ID, she’s a survivor with a spark. Though her name is still a mystery, her personality is unforgettable! At around 80 pounds, she’s a powerhouse of excitement and joy. Her favorite pastime? Splashing in a kiddie pool like it’s her personal water park and chasing balls with unmatched enthusiasm!

Smart and curious, she already knows “sit,” and with consistent training and positive reinforcement, she’s ready to learn so much more. She’s not leash trained yet, but she shows clear signs of being very trainable and eager to please. Because of her strength and energy level, she isn’t recommended for families with small children, but she could do well with older kids and would truly shine in a home with an active, dog-savvy couple who understands the needs of high-energy breeds.

She’s never shown aggression — just a whole lot of energy! She’s not suitable for homes with cats, as her natural instinct is to chase. When it comes to other dogs, the jury’s still out — she wags her tail at the resident small pups but hasn’t had enough social time to know how she’d do with larger or equally playful companions.

This girl is a wonderful watchdog, alert and aware, but not reactive. She does get mischievous when bored, so a family that can provide daily mental stimulation, outdoor exercise, and structure will bring out the best in her.

Are you ready to make a splash with a water-loving, ball-chasing best friend?
