Shelby is the kind of pup who needs just a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, get ready for a loyal friend who will joyfully chase her beloved ball with the focus of a professional athlete. While she may come off as a little timid at first, beneath that reserved exterior is a playful spirit who truly blossoms in a calm, loving environment. With her medium energy and easygoing temperament, Shelby fits right into a home that appreciates peaceful mornings, leisurely walks, and silly toy-chasing sessions.
At around 50 pounds, Shelby is fully grown and comfortably crate-trained. She’s already house-trained and knows several useful commands like “sit,” “inside,” “bed,” and her favorite—“walk.” She walks well on leash and maintains her cool even when left alone for short periods, showing off her calm and composed nature. While Shelby hasn’t had much exposure to other dogs or cats, she’s more reserved than reactive and might do well with slow introductions and continued socialization.
Health-wise, Shelby is up to date on all her vaccines, microchipped, and spayed! She’s in great shape and has a dental routine that includes toothbrush sessions and chews. She gets a bath every couple of weeks to keep that shiny coat looking photo-ready!
