Mendi

Mendi is an 80–90 lb husky-German shepherd mix with a heart as big as his paws. A lovable bundle of nerves and affection, Mendi is a little shy and awkward at first, but once he warms up, he becomes the sweetest, most loyal companion you could ask for. He’s a certified cuddle enthusiast who loves nothing more than curling up beside you and gently resting his head in your lap to ask for love.

Mendi is full of energy and always up for an adventure. Long walks are his favorite, especially if they involve hills or mountain trails, he leaps around with joy like a mountain goat! While he’s still learning not to pull when he’s excited, he’s eager to please and thrives on connection. He’s also a great little watchdog who takes his role seriously, even if loud noises and new things sometimes make him nervous.

Though he doesn’t love being left alone for long, he makes up for it with endless affection and gentle loyalty. He’ll nudge you for hugs, follow you from room to room, and yes, he’s got a habit of sneakily sniffing bums (he’s the perfect height, after all). Mendi is a shy sweetheart with a goofy streak who just wants to be close to his humans—and he’ll steal your heart without even trying.

We are located in Carlsbad, CA (92008) but are willing to travel to you. Currently family relocating abroad.
