Toby has always has a slight heart murmur. He was recently diagnosed with mild heart disease. With follow tests, it was confirmed that this is manageable with medication. He also has comprehensive blood work done. Blood pressure, thyroid , liver and kidneys all doing great. His prognosis is fully positive. I am happy to share the medical records with any interested parties.

We are looking first and foremost for someone to love him as much as much he love. We want to know that after 10 years of loving him, he can find a forever home. It would be our hearts desire that a new family would keep us posted on him - maybe be willing to share a photo from time to time.

I am currently living with my 91 yr old dad who took walks with a walker. Most recently (a yr ago) he took a fall that resulted in a fractured pelvis. Sadly because Toby is so affectionate and friendly he poses a fall risk to my dad and he can’t stay here.
