If so, please share some context.: Yes-he lunges towards other animals on leashed walks, barks and guards the door when people come in but he will stay on place when reinforced, and then settles down. He did reach over a gate where he was being confined after CCL surgery when a child came over to the gate and nipped at him, leaving a mark on his forehead. the child did not require any medical attention but I would call that a bite

What criteria are important to you when considering an adoptive family or home for your pet?: no children because of the one time he bit, someone who has training experience and understands his reactivity doesn't mean he is aggressive, is loving and kind, will treat Ziggy like a member of the family
Is there anything else you'd like your pet's new family to know?: He is the best behaved dog I have ever had--we aren't the kind of people who understand this breed and can manage his reactivity when people come over-I say he is bad at hellos and once the person.people enter the home, he is fine again
