Angel

Angel was named by my granddaughter who rescued her and her sister from being drowned as kittens, almost 7 years ago.
When my granddaughter moved out, she left the 2 cats. I love them dearly but my new partner is allergic. Angel was well-named. My dog, Precious, died at the age of 1.5. Angel and her sister were both vigilant the 3 nights before she died. When I was preparing to bury her in the yard, and her still body was in her doggie bed with a towel over her, Angel curled up on top of the towel. Angel has amazing eye contact. She will stare until you notice and look back, I think she smiles then. Very communicative, very affectionate. She loves being brushed and will stalk me until I get the brush. Does a dance while being brushed, comes back for more. Loves to have her head and back rubbed. Always at the door when I come home. Knows it's 4:00, will tell me so, time to be fed. (Can wait if I'm out later, no acting out.) Curious and smart, a great companion!
