We are trying to rehome “Lucy” - a sweet, 10-year-old female Bichon in need of a new loving home. She’s a gentle soul and total cuddlebug. Her owner recently passed away, and we (the family) are trying to find someone who can care for her in her golden years.
Lucy does have a torn ACL. Surgery is an option if her new owner wants to pursue it, but she’s currently mobile — just doesn’t have quite the “spring” in her step anymore.
Unfortunately, taking Lucy into our home is not a good fit due to her age and condition and the fact that we have young children and a young energetic dog.
