Keke is a sweet, happy, and chill 8 year old cat. He gets along with everyone, all animals included. He loves to cuddle in the bed or on the couch with you, but also enjoys doing his own thing at times. He's a nice balance of cuddly and attention seeking, as well as independent. But he does love to get a daily cuddle in once a day if you have the time.
He has lived with many of animals, Including a dog for 8 years, as well as all types of other dogs, cats and even guinea pigs. He coexisted greatly with free roaming Guinea pigs in the house for two years and never harmed them. He really enjoys having a cat friend and would love to have another cat in the home. But he also does fine on his own as well.
He enjoys playing, cat nip time, cuddling, running around the house in go go mode, and some time outside. He would do fine as an indoor/outdoor cat as he chooses to play it safe and stay very close to the house. Most of the time he just hangs in our sunroom and enjoys the fresh air and bird watching. He would however be fine being a fully indoor cat and doesn't require being outside all the time to be happy.
The only special thing about him is that he does require hydrolyzed cat food. He was having issues with over grooming and hair loss. But since switching him to Blue Buffalo hydrolyzed cat food his hair has grown back and he is doing great! The food is prescription but can easily be ordered on multiple websites like chewy or petco.
