Kaia

Meet Kaia, a spirited two-year-old Belgian Malinois mix from Kingston, RI, whose essence is a whirlwind of intelligence, energy, and affection wrapped in a sleek tri-color coat. With her sharp mind, adventurous heart, and eager spirit, Kaia is ready to bring joy, fun, and just the right amount of mischief to a loving new family!
Kaia’s the kind of pup who greets every morning with a sparkle in her eyes and a wag in her tail. She’s the ultimate adventure buddy—whether it’s hiking through the woods, chasing waves on the beach, or going for a car ride, she’s up for anything. Her favorite pastimes include chewing on a good bone, playing fetch, and romping around with her dog pals. She’s currently a regular at doggie daycare, where she’s the life of the playgroup!

Don’t let her playful nature fool you—Kaia is as brainy as they come. She’s had formal obedience training and knows sit, stay, down, place, spin, and fetch. She responds well to a clicker and thrives on positive reinforcement. This girl’s got the potential to excel in nose work or agility and would truly shine in an active home that enjoys training and teamwork. While she does have a high prey drive (bunnies and squirrels beware!) and can be an alert barker, she’s learning to manage her excitement with consistency and patience.

Kaia does best with experienced pet parents who understand the needs of high-energy, working-breed mixes. A fenced yard where she can run and explore safely would be a dream come true for her. She's great with other dogs and would love a dog sibling, but she's not suitable for a home with cats. She’s spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, house-trained, crate-trained, and respectful indoors!

With her affectionate personality, quick wit, and go-getter attitude, Kaia is more than ready to leap into her next chapter. Could your home be the next great adventure she’s been waiting for?

If you're ready to welcome this clever, lovable explorer into your heart, reach out today. Kaia can’t wait to meet her new family!
