Meet Clive, an affectionate, 5-year-old Border Collie/Basset Hound mix weighing 44 lbs. Clive is a true cuddle bug who loves people and is always ready to snuggle on the couch after a walk.
Originally rescued from Mississippi, Clive has lived in Connecticut for the past 3.5 years. Due to changing family circumstances and some guarding issues that have caused disputes with the family's elderly dog, Clive now needs a new home where he can thrive.
Clive is house-trained, crate-trained, up to date on all vaccinations, and in excellent health. He has not been around cats and would do best as the only dog in the home. He would be a wonderful companion for a single person, a couple, or a family with older children who can give him the love and attention he deserves.
