Sweet Chihuahua needing a home
Arnie’s Bio:
Arnie is a neutered 10 year old Chihuahua dog who I obtained from a breeder at age 10 wks. Arnie has been raised with 3 other of my chihuahua dogs, later w/ a kitten to cat, German Shepard and rabbits.
Arnie has no aggression. No chewing. He is He is extremely relaxed for a chihuahua, great personality, still playful. He likes napping under blankets and hideaways.
Arnie gets along w/ the aforementioned pets, never has had aggression, chasing or biting of other animals nor people. He is unbothered by fireworks.
Arnie’s nickname is “nurse” – he goes around to check on his pet-mates, his people, then goes off to his bed. He is trained to be left alone most days up to 12 hours, but that is with his fellow chihuahuas, so honestly no longer know how he does if needing to be left alone.
He is house broken, goes on pee pads, occasional pee accidents. He is easy to groom and bath. I brush his teeth with an electric tooth brush and he holds still with his eyes closed!
He is quite a character, laid back, independent. Arnie has been trained to be a one-command dog, so typically obeys immediately. He doesn’t do tricks. He is food motivated and loves apples, kale and carrots.
He is in excellent health and I will provide his vet records.
Arnie loves walks, hiking, napping, outstanding on a leash. He isn’t a fan of dog parks, generally goes and sniffs a blade of grass and is aloof to other dogs.
