Arlo is a loyal and intelligent Akita who has been part of our family for years. He’s calm, observant, and thrives in a quiet, structured environment where he can feel secure. He enjoys spending time outside, lounging near his people, and soaking up attention once he feels safe and connected.
Arlo is crate-trained, knows several basic commands, and responds well to routine. He does best with someone who understands strong-willed or guardian-type breeds, and who can give him the structure he needs to feel confident.

He has bit my son but did not break the skin. On another occasion we found a stray dog that was male that we were trying to find a home for and arlo did not like him around they got into a fight but no blood was drawn.
