Ted is the sweetest and most handsome boy you will meet. I took him in as a rehoming as his previous owner had another child and didn’t have time for him and also lived in an apartment. I was told he would do well with a wireless fence, but training has not proven successful as he has escaped and would benefit from having home with a fenced in yard.
