My stepdaughter brought a red merle Aussie in to our home 1.5 years ago and we just cannot handle another dog in addition to the mini Aussie we have, a cat and 4 young all-under 8 yrs old grandkids. Puppup has not been trained properly and needs to be with an active home. He is both cuddly and protective, esp with my wife and the grandkids. Puppup loves to play, run and fetch and then to rest after. He is approx 60 lbs and is house trained. Puppup is trainable but we have too much going on here and it has become too difficult to make arrangements for his care when we take frequent out-of-town trips.

My wife and I are grandparents who house our stepdaughter and her 4 kids ages 9,7,3 and 2 mos. We have a mini Aussie and a cat inside and I work long hours. We can only do so much and Puppup has too much energy for us and is not getting the overall love and care he needs. We have a clean, caring home but we have no time otherwise. Our stepdaughter should not have brought another dog in to our home last year. My one granddaughter cried when she heard Puppup will be rehomed. It's best for the dog.
