‼️‼️DOG IN NEED OF HOME‼️‼️
Shiloh is a 1 year old dog (born in June 2024)
He's pretty good following the commands sit, down, and roll over. He is working on shake, but is doing really well with it. He's a happy & healthy dog with lots of energy and love to share, he loves attention. He does well with cats and he's done ok with our baby, but I'd recommend older children.
He does need a kennel as of now for when he's left home alone, and will go to it on his own if you just say "Kennel"
Overall he is a wonderful dog, but does need some training on a leash still (he's a puller!) he does seem to do a little better with a gentle leader on, though he does still pull quite a bit as of now, and he doesn't really like the gentle leader so it can be tricky to get it on him at times. He also doesn't recall well off leash if he's in an open area (he does great at enclosed dog parks), and he likes to chew things, so it is important to ensure he has enough chew toys (and some training here as well)
We would also highly recommend a house, as an apartment is not enough space for him to run around in when he's playing so he ends up running into walls/furniture.
We absolutely love Shiloh and he's been a wonderful addition to our home, however we live in an apartment and we have a baby, and Shiloh doesn't understand his size and tries to jump up on us to see the baby. (Which is why we highly recommend older children and a house)
He would be sent with his kennel, gentle leader, leash, dog food, food and water dishes, and his toys

He loves to snuggle, he thinks he's a lap dog
What criteria are important to you when considering an adoptive family or home for your pet?:
Someone with an enclosed space outside for him to run around, (or frequent visits to a dog park). He's a really good family dog and generally seems happier when he's with both of us instead of just one of us, so a family would be good for him. Id recommend older children (not babies) just because of his size
Why are you rehoming your pet (primary reason)?:
Other, Not in List
Details about rehoming reason (if needed):
So I'm home alone all day with my 3 month old and 2 cats and Shiloh, and I just don't have enough attention for everyone, and Shiloh needs more than I can offer. He also doesn't understand his size and tries to jump up on us to see the baby.
