Athena

Athena is a sweet and very smart girl who loves bones, tug of war, and running. I have had her since she was 4 months old and she is such a cuddlebug. Unfortunately she has been having issues getting along with my older dog who is a boy, and after some fights I cannot keep her due to the risk for my oldest. Her vet says that with training and behavioral meds (which she has started and are surprisingly inexpensive) she can do a whole lot better. I am not financially able to afford the type of training she requires and I do not have space to be able to keep the dogs separate. She loves humans but does not like most dogs and children scare her due to anxiety. I would love for Athena to find a home were she can be the sole focus and be loved.
