Kiera

Kiera is seven years old. She is a sweet, affectionate cat with a big personality. She is spayed and up to date on all her vaccinations. In the morning she will give you tiny "good morning" squeaks. She thrives on closeness and routine. She is very active and curious with a strong hunting instinct (she has caught mice and bugs). She is at her best when she has stimulation and enrichment. She is very wary of young children due to a traumatic event in kittenhood. She’d be happiest in a calm, indoor-outdoor environment with safe outdoor access or even a home that needs a working mouse-catcher. She was adopted with her sister, who is now with my ex-husband. She was dominant with her sister, and has not integrated well with other cats in my experience. Unknown with dogs.

I adopted Kiera in 2019 from Carol's Ferals. Due to significant, recent life changes, including a divorce and much more extensive work travel, my current housing situation is unstable, and I cannot keep her or give her the care and attention that she needs.

Kiera’s well-being is very important to me and I can provide long-term financial support for her care.
