Cuddle monster Remi
Remi is extremely loyal and overly affectionate pup that will immediately love you. She's smart and picks up commands well but needs more obedience training for her leash reactiveness. She loves to cuddle and sleep under the blanket with you.
She's had a couple fights with my other female dog in the home over resources like food, toys, and sometimes spaces occupied by owner. It's required medical treatment and permanent separation is best for both their physical/mental health after recent encounters.

What's the most endearing thing about your dog?:
She's a cuddle monster and will smother you with kisses until you get out of bed. She craves attention and cuddling in bed. She jumps up high like a deer anytime she jumps around and is gentle biting humans even when playing rough. If I'm crying she seems to understand I'm distressed and tries to lick my face or climb in my lap. If she's bored, to get your attention she'll start to climb into your lap for attention.
What criteria are important to you when considering an adoptive family or home for your pet?:
A family that will have her as an only pet and can give the time to train her away from some of her negative behaviors.
Is there anything else you'd like your pet's new family to know?:
She's an escape artist and has no recall at the moment so she can't be let off leash or accidentally let her out the house until she has more training. For a dog her size she's got a strong bark and guard dog instincts if she hears a sound at home.
Why are you rehoming your pet (primary reason)?:
Incompatible with Other Pets
Details about rehoming reason (if needed):
She played a little rough but managed to get along fine with my small male dog, never showed any aggression that led to fights. But she would get protective of resources against my medium sized female dog. This led to several fights with a couple needing treatment. The fights have been too frequent and creating more anxiety between both dogs.
